Żukowice (German: Herrndorf) is a village in Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Żukowice. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) west of Głogów, and 96 km (60 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 910.
