Štěpánka Hilgertová (IPA: [ˈʃcɛpaːŋka ˈɦɪlɡɛrtovaː]) (born 10 April 1968) is a Czech slalom canoer who won two Olympic gold medals in the K-1 event in 1996 and 2000. She finished 12th in 1992 and 5th in 2004.
