The Škoda 03 T (sold as Škoda Astra , later Škoda Anitra (Asynchronní zkopodlažní tramvaj)) is a three-carbody-section low floor tram which was developed by Škoda and Inekon. It has been manufactured since 1998.

The 03 T has a low floor over half of its length. The front and back parts, under which the wheels are placed, have a high floor; the middle part, between these, has a low floor.

Other Škoda trams, such as the 05 T are based on the Astra.
