Ştefan Daniel Radu (born 22 October 1986 in Bucharest, Romania) is a Romanian football player. He currently plays for Lazio as a full back.

He has often been considered "The new Chivu" by Romanian media and has at varying stages been linked with moves to Juventus, A.S. Roma and Genoa[citations needed]

Radu made his Lazio debut in a Coppa Italia match versus Fiorentina shortly after joining the team on loan. He has since been a revelation for Delio Rossi's team, as the young starlet has started every game he's played in.

On July 8th 2008 he was linked with a move to English Champions Manchester United by the Sunday Times.[1]
