Śudraka

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Śudraka was an Indian King. Three Sanskrit plays are ascribed to him - Mricchakatika, Vinavasavadatta and a bhana (short one-act monologue), Padmaprabhritaka[1].

Little is known of Śudraka, and he is known through only his attributed contributions to literature.
