Ōta Station (太田駅 Ōta eki?) is a passenger-service station of Tobu Railway company, located in Ota, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

The first station was opened as the station of Isesaki Line operated by Tobu Railway company in 1909.

There is no direct train but Ltd. Express, from the Asakusa district to the Isezaki district.
Kiryū Line and Koizumi Line are interporated from this station.
