Ōno (大野村, -mura?) is a village located in Kunohe District, Iwate, Japan. On April 1, 2005 Ōno merged with Taneichi to form Hirono.
As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 6,054 and a density of 44.96 persons per km². The total area is 134.65 km².
