České Středohoří (German: Böhmisches Mittelgebirge) is a mountain range located in northern Bohemia, Czech Republic. "Středohoří" (Mittelgebirge) translates as "medium mountains" and distinguishes these mountains from the higher mountains found further south, chiefly the Alps and Carpathians. Its peaks are of volcanic origin, the highest one is Milešovka (836 m). The ridge is about 80 km long, intersected by Elbe.
The mountains might be crossed by Highway D8, connecting Prague and Dresden.
