Češinovo-Obleševo (Macedonian: Чешиново-Облешево) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. The seat of the municipality is the village Obleševo. Češinovo-Obleševo is part of Eastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Kočani municipality and Zrnovci municipality in the east and Probištip municipality and Karbinci municipality in the west.

By the 2003 territorial division of Macedonia, the rural Češinovo municipality was attached to Obleševo municipality, forming new municipality named Češinovo-Obleševo.
