Övarlid, north of Motala in Östergötland, Sweden, was the home of poet, writer and Nobel Prize laureate Verner von Heidenstam until his death in 1940. Built in 1925, the building is now open for visitors in the summer and the personal belongings of Heidenstam can be seen where he left them in 1940.
