Öçpoçmaq

Öçpoçmaq (Cyrillic: Өчпочмак; [ˌœɕpɔɕˈmɑq]; English: [ˌɛ:(t)ʃpɔ(t)ʃ ˈmɑk], literally triangle)[1] is a Tatar national dish, the essential of Tatar culture. Usually, öçpoçmaq is a triangle patty, made of pastry, filled with beef, cut very small, onion and potatoes. Öçpoçmaq is used for food with bouillon or with tea.
