Óscar Alberto Navarro Meléndez (born January 13, 1979 in La Libertad, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran footballer who currently plays for Alianza F.C.
Navarro has played with Alianza F.C. for his entire career. A creative midfielder who has also participated with the Salvadoran Sub-23 team. Navarro has been also called up to the Salvadoran national squad. He captained Alianza F.C. for several years.
