Óscar Alcides Mena nicknamed El Mencho Mena (born November 30, 1970 in Luján) is a former Argentine football midfielder.
Mena started his career playing for Club Luján and then Defensores de Cambaceres in the Argentine 3rd division. He then went on to play for Platense and Lanús in the Primera Division Argentina. After several years in Spain he briefly returned to Argentina to play for Olimpo in 2003-2004.
Mena spent much of his career in Spain where he played for Mallorca, Atlético Madrid, Racing de Santander, Xerez, Toledo and UD Las Palmas.
