Île d'Arz is an island and commune Breton: An Arzh, the Bear) in the département of Morbihan, in Brittany, France. It is located in the Gulf of Morbihan. Île d'Arz and Île-aux-Moines are the only two communal islands of the Gulf.

Inhabitants of Île-d'Arz are called Ildarais.

As of the census of 1999, the island had a population of 231. On 1 January 2006, the estimate was 254.
