Édouard Grinda was a French politician born 20th December 1866 in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) and died 28th March 1959 in Nice.

  • Deputy of Alpes-Maritimes from 1919 to 1932.
  • Minister of Work and Social Security Contributions from 13 December 1930 to 27th January 1931 in the Théodore Steeg government.
