Éamonn Goulding was an Irish sportsperson who played hurling with the Cork senior inter-county team in the 1950s.

Goulding first came to prominence as a member of the Cork minor hurling team in the early 1950s. He won a Munster minor title in 1951 before subsequently collecting an All-Ireland medal at that level. Goulding later joined the senior panel but never won a Munster title at senior level. He played at full-forward when Cork defeated Wexford in the championship decider giving Goulding a coveted senior All-Ireland medal.
