À cause des garçons is the second single of the singer Yelle, extract of her Pop-up album. It is a cover version of the song of the eponymous group of the 1980s, À Cause des Garçons.

Originally only released as a digital single, the song finally recieved a physical release on October 22, 2007 via the Kitsuné label.

[edit] Video clip

Yelle is seen singing and dancing in her all-white room preparing in the middle of animated giant objects. Then she is seen in photoshoots for magazine covers always surrounded by men dressed up as objects.

The clip

There is also a Tecktonik version of the clip which was seen more that the original version. This clip was produced by Bastien Lattanzio and Guillaume Berg. One sees the crew Tecktonik appearing and dancing beside the letters of the word “Yelle”. This version uses the remix made by Tepr.
