The track was written by Enrique Iglesias and argentinean music producer Coti Sorokin and became the 18th chart topper for Iglesias in the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart. Only two new songs were included on this compilation: "¿Dónde Están Corazón?" and "Lloro Por Ti". Enrique Iglesias made a remix of "¿Dónde Están Corazón?" featuring reggaeton artist Randy.[1]

The track debuted in the United States Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart at number 4 in February 23, 2008[2], and rise to number 1 the following week[3], spending two weeks at the summit, descending from the top spot for two weeks to climb back to pole position in the week of March 20, 2008 for a third week at number-one.
