I appreciate that, and I hope that your view spreads. I understand the levels when using bots to find vandals, but when a human spends his or her time to actually look over the vandalism, they can be the judge of the severity. Nick Martin (talk) 21:22, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
I use User:Lupin/Anti-vandal_tool. I find it not too-techy, but still useful. I'm not a fan of external programs. Nick Martin (talk) 21:24, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bokononism
This is 2 pages of very selected quotes taken from an entire novel, most of which deals with something else entirely. The quotes are from a subreligion in the novel, introduced as a byproduct. It's well within fair use. SBHarris 01:17, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- What you refer to is called a "copyright violation", you are way, way, way out of fair use bounds. The comparison you made earlier to Hamlet is apples and oranges, as Hamlet is public domain, and this is being lifted from a science fiction novel still subject to United States copyright law. I found this edit summary [1] particularly insulting and hope you will retract that comment. (jarbarf) (talk) 07:27, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'll be glad to retract the statement if you will get a few second opinons. If they go against me in consensus, then I'll gladly yield. SBHarris 07:41, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
