Zygmunt Paweł Maszczyk (born 3 May 1945 in Siemianowice Śląskie) is a retired Polish football player.
He played mostly for Ruch Chorzów.
He played for the Polish national team (40 matches/2 goals) and was a participant at the 1974 FIFA World Cup, where Poland won the bronze medal, at the 1972 Olympic Games, where Poland won the gold medal and at the 1976 Olympic Games, where Poland won the silver medal.
