[edit] Sen Katayama
hi.
Sen Katayama Sorry about the mixups, I was changing one to redirect as you were changing the other, then I reverted my changes as you redirected again. I think it's ok now. --ArmadilloFromHell 00:31, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] "an young man from Croatia"
Howdy, I just wanted to drop you a note that there are some really nice guys from Croatia on Wikipedia, even if we count me out ;-) Just so you don't get the wrong impression. --Dijxtra 18:17, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Russian Dolls (series)
Why do you think it says "series" in the brackets!!?? That was belgium tv-series! Check original article before saying something dumb as that. OK?! Luka Jačov 14:16, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

Hi! Me again! First let me apologise i admite i overreacted. I just couldnt understand somebody would post comment without even looking original article. Why even posting that comment when you didnt check it? Did you hear for proverb "First jump then say hop"? Anyway I am also wondering what do you mean by "young man from Croatia of questionable motives"? Btw. I hoped you enjoyed your stay in Croatia and Slovenia. Regards! [edit] Minnesota
I can see where you are coming form, but I fell things on wikipedia should all look the same and as all the outher countries in the list now are equal and look the same. You sayed people will not know where Faribault is but, for someone that dose not know where it is and that would what to find out all they have to do is hit the Faribault link and they will find out.
What I did was only small but I feel it makes things look nice and neet.
[edit] 10/10
Please do not repost speedily-deleted material. This is considered vandalism and can lead to you being blocked from editing. This article was previously deleted on April 29th 2006. (aeropagitica) 22:39, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Two things:
- 1) I wasn't reposting anything. Someone at the Grinnell College page requested an article for 10/10, so I wrote it.
- 2) I have read stupid cruft articles about many other colleges and universities, none of which were speedy-deleted, and few of which went through even the normal deletion process. I don't see why 10/10 should not be given the same treatment -- at least in the form of a AfD hearing/whatever. Half of the student body attends this party; I think that constitutes notability, or at least merits a hearing.
- At the very least I would like a copy of the text I wrote. Could you get that for me? If you give me 15 minutes I am sure I could find several pages from other colleges that are far less notable. Then I want an AfD hearing.
- Thank you for writing an accusatory message to me, and thank you for jumping to conclusions about the article. Please contact me through my talk page. ..Zweifel 02:04, 30 October 2006 (UTC)..
It was a repost - the previous version was PRODded on April 29th and deleted on May 4th. Your deleted text is now at User:Zweifel/10/10. Don't repost it and go for an AfD, try a deletion review instead. Justifying the existence of one cruft article on the basis of another isn't a good idea - it's better to demonstrate how it conforms to WP:BIO instead. Lastly, sarcasm doesn't come across too well on-screen; see WP:CIVIL for details of conduct, etiquette and protocol. Regards, (aeropagitica) 07:15, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Stadsfries language/Dutch
Please consider translating this article first and then making it public? Better if you do the prelim work in your Sandbox, or make a temp page for it.HeartofaDog 15:20, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
- which you do thus: create as a new page User:insertusernameofchoice/Temp1 or whatever - but work in progress should not be in the article space. HeartofaDog 15:28, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Seattle
Hey--I lived most of my life in Seattle, and I can vouch for the fact that it rains plenty during the Summer months. Not as much, no, but it's far from dry.
Anyway, I didn't bite the newcomer: I explained my revert. Thank you for understanding the difference. L Glidewell 07:22, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: The Transformation of Italian Politics, 1990-1996
I don't think people get in trouble for recreating deleted articles, as long as the content is different/better. I certainly won't try to cause any trouble over it. If you do want to create the article in a week and a half I can take the tag off, I'd just rather it was deleted if it's going to be much longer than that. Good luck on your thesis. -P4k 02:36, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Heavy-handed reversion in Phở
I realize that addition should ideally have citations, but it's easily substantiated through a little web searching. It's a bit heavy-handed so just say "rvv", which means "revert vandalism". If you have concerns about verifiability, mentioning them in the article or my talk page is much more productive than something which could spark a revert war. —Dgiest c 07:36, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hey man, it's just that the "Phat Phuc Noodle Bar" image is being questioned, and since it is such a perfect image, I wanted to deflect attention from it. I'll make you a deal - we'll restore the "What the pho?" restaurants in two days if you go onto the talk page and vote in support of keeping the image. Or not. But come on, help me out!
- Anyway, uncool thing to do, sorry for that. Zweifel 07:47, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
