[edit] Nationality

Zulfiya Zabirova is Kazakhstani by nationality and currently races under a Kazakhstani UCI license. However, for many years (until 2005, I believe) she raced under a Russian racing license, represented Russia at Olympics and World Championiships competitions, raced in the Russian cycling championships, and lived in Russia. Based on this, it seems that she should be listed in both categories: Russian cyclists and Kazakhstani cyclists.
