Hello there Zotter, welcome to Wikipedia!
I and several other editors have noticed your contribution of clinohumite and its accompanying image, of which we greatly appreciate. However, questions have been raised as to the source and copyright status of this content. Your initial text read a bit like it had been typed up verbatim from the books you cited; for example, you used the term USSR in the present-tense. If the text you submitted was indeed your own and not a word-for-word (or loosely paraphrased) copy of the cited books, please let me know. But please be aware that Wikipedia must be careful to avoid possible copyright violations; all material must be compatible with the GFDL license (see Wikipedia:Copyright). Similarly, your image is excellent but lacks attribution and copyright information. If the image is your own, please amend the image's description page by going to Image:DSCN1271.jpg and editing that page to include the statement "I took this image" (or equivolent) with the appropriate copyright tag. To find the right tag, check Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. If the image is yours, you'll probably choose either {{GFDL}} or {{PD}}, the latter tag releasing your image to the public domain. Without attribution your image may be deleted.
I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you ever need editing help visit Wikipedia:How does one edit a page or how to format them visit our manual of style. Experiment at Wikipedia:Sandbox. If you need pointers on how we title pages visit Wikipedia:Naming conventions. If you have any other questions about the project then check out Wikipedia:Help or add a question to the Village pump, or simply ask me on my talk page. -- Hadal 07:22, 9 May 2005 (UTC)
