The Zog-zog is a monkey recently discovered near Manaus. It was found at the same place as the Manicore Marmoset. It has an orange beard and belly. Its back is grayish-brown, and it has a white spot on the tip of its tail. It is about 16 inches (40 cm) long, and has a tail slightly longer than the length of the rest of its body. It weighs about 2.2 pounds (1 kg).
