When you say Zira has blue eyes, are you referring to the book? "Bright Eyes" was Taylor because of his blue eyes. Zira has brown eyes. You can see so in the picture.

I am referring to an article in Marvel's Planet of the Apes graphic novels, which described Zira as having blue eyes, and explained "She's just beginning to mutate." Sorry. Taylor was "Bright Eyes", not "Blue Eyes"... and Frank Sinatra would be long dead by the POTA storyline.
