Zinnwaldite is a color that resembles the mineral zinnwaldite.

In the 1960s the American Telephone & Telegraph Company marketed zinnwaldite telephones for offices and homes.[citation needed] However, they described the color as "beige". It is therefore common for Americans of the baby boom generation to mistakenly call zinnwaldite "beige".
