Siti Roziana bt Zain (b. May 2, 1968) is a model, singer an actress in Malaysia.
Ziana Zain was born in Kampung Simpang Merpati, Melaka, to Zain Abdullah and Robiah Abdul, in 1968. She is the oldest daughter and has four siblings, who among them is a famous artiste as well, Anuar Zain. At home, Ziana is often called 'Rozi', but some of her cousins and people who know her called her 'Ogee', 'Adik' (little sister) or 'Siti'. The is one of the most popular singer in Malaysia. She has two AIM award.

Her second album. And also her 1st try in foreign language song (Japanese) 'Chitose Bashi'. The composer who compose the song was from Japan and was shock and proud to see Ziana able to handle a different genre and language of his compose. Her first single, 'Anggapanmu' was very popular and was even featured in a drama called 'Murai'. Her second single, Putus Terpaksa was a popular talk about as it features Ziana's voice being pushed to the very max. This song showed Ziana's highest pitch, which at that time, was the highest pitch a singer could produced. Puncak Kasih
Her 4th album, which achieved 'Best Pop Album' in Anugerah Industri Muzik 1998. It is a shocking moment when she did not win 'Best Female Vocalist in an album' as many predict she might get it. But she stood up back after winning 'Best Ballad Song' in Juara Lagu 1998 (Puncak Kasih - Adnan Abu Hassan. This song, Puncak Kasih, has been the most popular single ever released by Ziana. 'Kalau Mencari Teman' was a catchy song about advice on finding a lifetime partner. Ziana herself love this song and she frequetly sang this song in her shows. |

The song 'Syurga Di Hati Kita' was composed by LY. That song was a present for Ziana Zain as token of her marriage with Air Steward, Muhd Armin. 'Syurga DI Hati Kita' was battiling with other song in Juara Lagu 1999 for the award Best Ballad of the year. However, as she was pregnant at that time, her voice did not come out well, thus, losing the tittle. Nevertheless, she did a great effort! The third single, 'Kesuma Hati' was one of the semifinalist for Best Ballad of the Year. However, as she was pregnant with her first child at that time, she had to drop out of the competition. |

Aku Cintakan Mu
Her comeback album after been in 'custody'(pregnant) for almost 2 years. An extremely brilliant quality album which showcased Ziana's vocals well. This album was also nominated in most Malaysian Awards Event and not forgetting other countries too. But her great achievement in this album is for winning 'Best Ballad Song' in Juara Lagu 2002, song titled 'Menadah Gerimis' which was composed by Singaporean Composer, Azmeer. She had grabbed back the same tittle many years before. |

Her Live album which was adapted from various concerts like 'Ziana Zain Unplugged Brunei' and 'Ziana Zain in The Park'. It also includes 2 new songs which she sang during labour of her second child. A soothing, relaxing ballad entittled Lembah Asmara while she also compose one Pop Rock song 'Bukan' which means No/Not Me. This is her first attempt to compose a song, which led to an award for Best Choice Pop Song at Anugerah Era 2004. Most were not happy when the ballad song 'Lembah Asmara' failed to enter top 4 of the Best Ballad of the Year, whome many predicted that she easily win the tittle. |

SEMBILU (1994)
This is Ziana's very first movie where she acted as Ziana herself. This movie was produced by Dato' Yusof Haslam (skop Productions Sdn Bhd). As an early career, she became a supporting actress. There were lots of good reviews regarding Ziana's acting in this movie. Morover, many liked her acting and thought that she should go further on her acting career. This then led her to winning the Most Popular Film Supporting Actress in 1994, beating the famous Erra Fazira, who is very known for her great acting.
Sembilu received well in theatres and uptill today, this is one of the most remembered movie. Futhermore, there is also a drama 'Sembilu' by the same producer, but had totally different storylines than the movie Sembilu.
This movie also played many of Ziana's songs, though not all are her singles, but had them popular among the audiences and the radio stations. Some of the songs are, 'Ku Cinta Padamu', 'Anggapanmu,' and 'Mimpimu Bukan Mimpiku.'
SEMBILU II (1995)
After her winning on the Most Popular Film Supporting Actress in 1994, Ziana returns with Sembilu II. This, as the title suggests, is the continuation of the movie Sembilu. In this movie, she had not only impressed the audience on her acting, but also had impressed the producer Yusof Haslam, who later polished her acting by giving her a much more bigger roles.
In this movie, Ziana played the same role, who again tried every ways to win the heart of another singer, Awie.
