  • www.bnpbd.com is the official site of Ziaur Rahman's political party.
  • The site expresses copyright over the contents of the site.
  • As a comparison, Image:Bill_Clinton.jpg is also from a Federal Govt site, but it doesn't seem to mention the name of the photographer or show us the signed release form showing the photo to be released to the Federal Govt. I don't see any reason we will have to do the same for this photo either, given that the photo is part of the official website of the politician. --Ragib 04:02, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
In other words, when an official website (and not yet another fan site) of a major political party displays a picture, and asserts copyright over the picture, I don't see any reason to doubt that the official site is lying. --Ragib 06:38, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
