Zhmerynka (Ukrainian: Жмеринка, Russian: Жмеринка, translit. Zhmerinka) is a city in the Vinnytsia Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. Serving as the administrative center of the Zhmerynsky Raion (district), the city itself is also designated as a separate raion within the oblast, and is located at around 51°13′N 33°12′E.

The current estimated population is around 40,300 (as of 2001).

Zhmerynka was first mention was recorded in the 17th Century. Since incorporating as a city in 1903, the city has become an important transportation center in the area.
