Zhang Dejiang

Zhang Dejiang (Simplified Chinese:张德江) is a prominent leader of the Communist Party of China, a member of its Politburo and current party chief and number-one figure in the province of Guangdong.

Zhang was notably outspoken against former President Jiang Zemin, openly criticizing the so-called Three Represents theory. He was involved in the 2003 SARS cover-up.
