Zevulun Hammer (May 31, 1936 - January 20, 1998) (Hebrew: זבולון המר) was an Israeli politician from the National Religious Party.
Hammer was born in Haifa, joined the Bnei Akiva youth movement, and served in the Israeli Armored Corps within a Nahal programme. He graduated from the Bar Ilan University. Hammer married Menahemia and they had four children.
Hammer became Minister of Welfare in Israel's 17th government, in November 1975. He left the government along with the other NRP ministers on December 22, 1976. He then served for 7 years as the Minister of Education in Menachem Begin's government (a position he re-entered in 1990-1992, and again in 1996, also as Deputy Prime Minister, until he died in office). Between 1986 and 1990 Hammer served as the Minister of Religions.
Hammer died in office of cancer in Jerusalem, at age 62.
