  • Izvoare/Ivómezeje

  • Sub Cetate/Zeteváralja
  • Şicasău/Sikaszó
  • Zetea/Zetelaka

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 5,753 of which 99.44% or 5,721 are Hungarian.
