Jude Royce, a nemesis presumed to be dead for three years resurfaces in Smallville and stalks Lex. It turns out that the man's fiancé was the one who shot him and her brother used a look-alike to get revenge against Lex. Chloe uncovers inconsistencies concerning Clark's adoption.
