Zennyo Ryūō

Zennyo Ryūō(善女竜王, 'Dragon Ruler Zennyo') is a dragon from Japanese folk belief and art, famous for appearing at a rain-making contest at Shinsen'en Garden in Kyoto. It can appear in the form of a human man or woman, sometimes with its serpent's tail still visible.
