Zelma Davis is a Liberian singer who rose to fame as one of the featured vocalists for C&C Music Factory. She appeared in the video for C&C's #1 Hot 100 hit "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" where she lip synced to Martha Wash's vocals.
Davis sang on C&C's follow-up singles "Here We Go", "Things That Make You Go Hmmmm...", "Just a Touch of Love" and "Do You Wanna Get Funky" (on which she shared vocals with Wash). Four of the above mentioned songs hit #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart.
