The Zeil is the most famous road in Frankfurt, Germany and Germany's most trafficed shopping street. The main part of the road is a pedestrian area and is bordered by two large plazas, Hauptwache in the West and Konstablerwache in the East. Normal vehicle traffic is allowed on a stretch that continues east from the Konstablerwache.
