The Zebra Top Shell is a marine snail found in Australia.
The Zebra Top Shell is alike in shape to the southern Ribbed Top Shell, Austrocochlea constricta, and until just recently the two species have been considered to be the one. Zebra Top Shells have a black-and-white banded pattern overlying the light grey to white shell.
Size: 25 mm across
Distribution: This Zebra Top Shell are found from Townsville in Queensland around southern shores to Geraldton in Western Australia. It is very common in south-eastern Australia.
