surely, the author of this has got to be joking? they were NEVER hip and certainly not the hippest label in the world. even if ZE were remotely "hip" they would have been WAY behind Stiff, Rough Trade, Beggars Banquet, Factory, Zoo, Bomp, Mute, etc.
