Dear Editors and Readers I spent several hours carefully creating a complete description of the theory. This has been reversed. Could someone instruct me how to arbitrate/appeal/reverse such activity. I am the creator of the theory of Zariski surfaces and perhaps have some expertise here. I have authored a major book on the subject. Thank you in advance. Dr Piotr Blass
