[edit] Acoustic Hearts of Winter
Please refrain from adding copyrighted images to articles unless you also provide a mandatory detailed fair-use rationale, as required by WP:FUC. You did this to Acoustic Hearts of Winter. --Yamla 21:07, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
- You also did this to JoJo. This is considered vandalism and you may be blocked if you continue. --Yamla 00:57, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Milian.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Milian.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
. If you have not already done so, please also include the source of the image. In many cases this will be the website where you found it.
Please specify the copyright information and source on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Yamla 00:58, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Giftfromanangel.jpg
This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Giftfromanangel.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. When you use a generic fair use tag such as {{fair use}} or {{fair use in|article name}}, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Yamla 01:00, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Whatever U Want
Hi, I performed the infobox conversion on this article as requested, but you have reverted my edit. Was this because the images in the chronology and the music video director have been removed? Please refer to the agreed style guidelines in WikiProject songs - I hope this explains why the correct infobox looks the way it does. I have restored my edit. Feel free to contact me if there's something we can do to improve the article. I have also restored the notices on your user talk page, as it is good etiquette to keep all correspondence. You can archive old messages to a subpage if it gets too full. I can tell you how to do this if you like. Thanks, Alex valavanis 00:47, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Prod warning
[edit] I Lost You/Dangerous
I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article I Lost You/Dangerous, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:I Lost You/Dangerous. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. [edit] Your creation of the page Autumn Young
Please do not make personal attacks on other people as you did at Autumn Young. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. [edit] Your edits to The Sweet Escape
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Zaque 24! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but please note that the link you added in is on my spam blacklist and should not be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an Imageshack or Photobucket image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was genuine spam, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Shadowbot 01:03, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Noturningback.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Noturningback.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Soamazingchristinamilian.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Soamazingchristinamilian.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
