Zach Hart Sorensen (born January 3, 1977, in Salt Lake City, Utah) is a Major League Baseball second baseman.
Drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 2nd round of the 1998 MLB amateur draft, Sorensen would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Cleveland Indians on June 3, 2003.
As of the 2006 season, Sorensen is playing for the Nashville Sounds, the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
