[edit] License tagging for Image:-new01.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:-new01.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Stop trying to change the image for George W. Bush. It's obvious that image is meant to make fun of him rather than represent him.--Kchase T 18:41, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Gobbles
...is not yet famous enough to warrant an article on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Please stop reposting the article. Snottygobble 01:33, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
- The article The Gobbles has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This happened because the article seems to be about a person or group of persons but it does not indicate how or why that person or group is notable. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. --Slowking Man 14:49, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:J-k.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:J-k.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Slowking Man 14:59, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Why Wikipedia Sucks. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. [edit] Attack pages
Please do not create attack pages such as Why Wikipedia Sucks. If you think that an article for speedy deletion should be kept, do not remove the template but instead add the {{hangon}} template to the page. --Gray Porpoise 21:31, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- Its correct title is Criticism of Wikipedia. --Baxtaba 20:30, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Please do not make edits that may be considered vandalism.
Hello. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Otherwise, people might consider your edits to be vandalism. Thank you. --Gray Porpoise 21:34, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Rbr.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:Rbr.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Brett Burgess
A tag has been placed on Brett Burgess, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Caerwine Caer’s whines 02:52, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
