Z-Bag
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Z-Bag is a term used in the United States Army, specifically in the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Theater, to describe someone who lacks knowledge in their field and/or has trouble getting their point across. This word was believed to have come about sometime around late 2006, as a way of insulting a Soldier while not infringing on the Consideration of Others Polices that are in place.
