Yuzhnouralsk (Russian: Южноура́льск) is a town in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Uvelka River 88 km south of Chelyabinsk at . Population: 39,275 (2002 Census); 41,335 (1989 Census).
Founded in 1948. Town status since February 1, 1963.
