Yulee, Florida had a high school from the 1930's to 1965. However, with the rapid expansion of Fernandina Beach, Yulee had to close down its high school. In 2006, after 41 years, Yulee High School has reopened its doors to students. The class of '07 will be a heralded class in Yulee's future. Their mascot is the hornet.
