Yukhari Askipara

Yukhari Askipara (Azerbaijani: Yuxari Əskipara; literally Upper Askipara - though another region that comprises the exclave is called Ashagi Askipara or Lower Askipara) is an exclave of the Qazakh rayon of Azerbaijan. It is completely surrounded by Armenia and has been controlled by it since the Nagorno-Karabakh War.
