Youssouf Ouédraogo

Youssouf Ouédraogo (born December 25, 1952) is a politician in Burkina Faso. He is a member of the ruling Congress for Democracy and Progress. In 1992 he became the first Prime Minister of Burkina Faso since 1983. He served as Prime Minister from June 16, 1992 until March 22, 1994. Since 1999 is the foreign minister of Burkina Faso.
