Youssef Rossi (Arabic: يوسف روسي) (born 28 June 1973) is a Moroccan football player.
He played for several clubs, including Raja Casablanca, Stade Rennes in France and Dunfermline Athletic in Scotland.
He played for the Morocco national football team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
