Your Ex-Lover Is Dead was the sixth single put out by the Canadian indie pop group Stars. It was offered as the Free Single of the Week on the online music store iTunes.
It is the first song on the Set Yourself on Fire album. The track opens with the voice of an old man (lead singer Torq's father) saying, "When there is nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire."
