[edit] Series Finale

The final episode of the series, "Secrets," remains controversial among the fans for several reasons:

  • Its gratuitous use of flashbacks.
  • Its (some say confusing) plotline in which Jacqueline and d'Artagnan meet Alexandre Dumas
  • The fact that it left many things unresolved.

[edit] DVD Releases

There are currently no plans to release the series on DVD.

A television pilot of the same title was filmed in 2001. Starring Hugh Dancy, it followed the adventures of the Musketeers d'Artagnan, Porthos, Athos, and Aramis. It was never aired.
